The Week's Entrée #110

Hi everyone! Welcome to another edition of The Week's Entrée!

Forgive me, but I must with rage with you all a bit the fact that the local movie theaters decided not to screen Suicide Squad. NO SUICIDE SQUAD FOR ME, GUYS.

And I know I know, there are many mixed reviews, but I wanted to see it and form my own opinion. It just sucks that I was robbed from the experience. :( But oh well, guess I'll have to buy/rent it when it comes out.

In other news, last Friday I introduced a new meme on the blog called Classic Fridays which is about bookish Q's of different topics. If you want to know more about it you can head to my post OR HERE where there are more deets & updates for this coming Friday's topic/questions.

New books!
{For review}
From authors, publishers, Netgalley, Edelweiss, etc.

I still cannot believed that Harper Collins granted me access to Long May She Reign by  Rhiannon Thomas. I'M SO EXCITED TO READ THIS ONE. Will probably bump it up my TBR and read it next week. :D

{Purchased}

Parents brought us a copy of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child! As a Potterhead, this book is a must have, yet I'd recommend to read it with an open mind and to not expect it to be like the other HP novels. It shouldn't even be marketed as the eighth novel. Just... an HP inspired novel. You can check my review here!

To Read This Week:

I'll be buddy-reading The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman with Chitra from Books and Strips! Quite excited to read this book with her because she's so cool and a talented bookstagrammer (@mybookjacket). She also discussed with me Cursed Child and it was the best! ♥
.......
And that's it for The Week's Entrée! What are you all reading? :)

  1. Ah, that's so frustrating about your theatre not showing Suicide Squad! It seems odd to choose not to screen that one.
    Long May She Reigns looks great! I hope you enjoy it :) I'm also pretty excited to read The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman!

    1. Apparently the theater company had a disagreement with Universal Pictures, so they decided to drop out. So dumb. ugh.

      But yeah, Long May She Reigns looks so amazing!!
