The Week's Entrée #43

Hi! Welcome to another edition of The Week's Entrée!

This will be a quickie post since I'm writing this on my phone and it suuuuucks. Never again.
Anyway, stay tuned this week because there are a few great posts coming up! Might even have a giveaway. ;)

Reviews on other sites:

I reviewed Sora's Quest by T.L. Shreffler at Kate Tilton, Conecting Authors & Readers! Guuuuuys, this is my new favorite fantasy series! It's pretty cool and it has this slow-burn barely-there romance that makes me feel all the butterflies. Agh, love it!
Be sure to check it out, besides, it's a freebie!!!

Here's the books' synopsis:

Sora Fallcrest always dreamed of adventure, but as a member of the nobility, she learned the ways of a Lady instead. Now seventeen, she is expected to choose a husband and marry. She plots to run away, but just as she is stepping out the door, she runs into a mysterious man–and is kidnapped.

Abducted from her manor, Sora is plunged into a world of magical races, arcane jewelry and forgotten lore. She finds herself at the mercy of a dangerous assassin, haunted by an even darker past. She yearns for freedom, but he won’t let her go–not when her Cat’s Eye necklace is the only thing that can save his life.

But the necklace itself presents a problem. It is an ancient device from the long forgotten War of the Races, and its magic has the ability to steal souls. Can Sora learn to wield its power — or will the power wield her?

To Read This week:
I just started Fractured Dream by KM Randall and I hope it ends up being as good as it looks like. What I can't decided right now is what to read after this one... Guess it's time to take out the book jar!
And that's it for The Week's Entrée! What are you reading this week? :)

  1. What Remains looks interesting. Happy reading! :)

  2. Hi! Tried commenting on the page for the give away but my bastard phone would not let me. Hope this page is ok too.
